The fall recital fee installment is due Friday, November 6th.

The spring recital fee installment is due Monday, February 1st.

A total of $240 in recital fees is required by each participant and provides for the following.

Extra dance costume fees apply for dancers participating in two or more pieces at the rate of $70 per dance to cover costuming.

**Note: Dancers that still have a balance due on their accounts at the time of recital may not be able to participate in recital.

Annual Registration: Fees are applied upon registration.

- $0 for adult classes

** Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Monthly Billing: Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and is due on the 1st of each month.
Flat Monthly Rate: Monthly tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes or shorter months. Rates are based on the total number of classes from September through May, averaged across the season.
Auto-Pay Option: We encourage families to enroll in auto-pay for convenience and to avoid late fees. Auto-pay securely processes tuition on the 1st of each month using a saved credit or debit card. Auto-Pay does not automatically run extra fees other than tuition unless express permission is given for each extra charge.
Late Fees: Payments made after the 10th of the month will incur a $25 late fee, which will be added to the student’s account.
Returned Payments: A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks or declined transactions. These balances must be resolved promptly.
Accepted Payments: We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. There will be a 3.5% fee added to each credit card payment to cover convenience fees.

Military, First Responder, and Educators: Studio W is a veteran owned business and is proud to offer a 10% discount to all military (Active, Retired, or Veteran), Educators, and First Responders (EMS, Fire Department, and Police Department) with valid form of ID. Please let the office know if you are eligible for any of these discounts.

**Note: Discounts may not be combined. Each family is eligible for one discount only.

Holiday Schedule: Studio W Dance Collective follows the Wimberley Independent School District (WISD) major holiday calendar. The studio will be open on most minor holidays. Emails will be sent out pertaining to all closures.
No Refunds for Holidays: Tuition will not be refunded or adjusted for scheduled holidays or studio closures. These closures are factored into our yearly tuition.
Make-Up Classes: If a student misses a class due to illness or a scheduling conflict, they may attend a make-up class in a comparable style and level within the same month, based on availability.
