At Studio W Dance Collective, we believe dance is more than movement—it's a journey of passion, expression, and connection. Our studio offers a dynamic range of classes for all ages and skill levels, from toddlers taking their first steps to adults rediscovering their love for dance.
Whether you're dancing for fun or aiming for the spotlight, our programs—including a competitive team for dedicated performers—are designed to support every dancer’s unique path. Our experienced instructors foster a welcoming, creative, and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Studio W is located in Wimberley, TX but we proudly open our doors to dancers from Blanco, Canyon Lake, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, and other communities throughout the Hill Country.
Studio Policies
We are so happy to have your dancers with us this season. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our studio policies and procedures.
Attendance
Extreme Weather or Unexpected Cancellation of Classes/ Make ups: If Studio W must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control, students may make up the lesson within 14 days in a similar level class. Please email makeup class requests within a 14 day period with the class that the dancer would like to take. Refunds or credits are not given. Studio W follows Wimberley ISD's extreme weather and closure decisions.
Substitutions: Studio W reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and the school cannot arrange a substitute, any missed class can be made up in a similar level class.
Cancellation of A Scheduled Private Lesson: Studio W requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled private lesson. 50% of the private lesson cost will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Behavior and Dress Code
Behavior and Conduct: Students are expected to be respectful and on their best behavior at all times. All Studio W faculty and staff reserve the right to dismiss any student who disrupts the teaching and learning process. A Parent-Teacher conference must take place before a dismissed student may return to class.
Water Bottles: It is highly encouraged and recommended that your dancer bring a refillable spill-proof water bottle to class. Studio W has water cooler to refill bottles but we do not provide cups. Water bottles are available for sale and will be charged to your account.
Studio W Dress Code: All students must adhere to the Studio W dress code for class. Please see look under the "Class Info" tab for information regarding class uniforms.
Food and Drink: No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the studios. Water is the only beverage allowed in the dance studios.
For the Parents
Parent’s Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the parents to be aware of all Studio W activities such as: recitals, extra classes, and dates that the WISD is open or closed. The parents are responsible for providing an accurate email address to receive such notices. It is the parent’s responsibility to regularly check their email to ensure they are informed. It is also the responsibility of the parents to inform Studio W of any email, address, or phone number change.

Non-smoking policy: Studio W is a non-smoking facility. Please do not smoke within 20 feet of our studio doors.
